We love Pinot Gris from Mendocino because of the spirited aromatics that are characteristic of grapes grown in that appellation. This wine opens with aromatics of granny smith apple, stone fruit, limes, and lemon tart. On the palate, flavors of white peach, almonds, and nougat dissolve into a dry, yet fruity finish laced with ruby-red grapefruit.
